Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the level of community compliance in the national health insurance program and to describe factors that affect people's disunderstanding or non-compliance with health insurance.The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the level of community compliance in the national health insurance program and to describe factors that affect people's disunderstanding or non-compliance with health insurance.The research approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive information method selected with the paste technique of sampling as many as nine people in this study researchers use factor theory that affect compliance with age indicators gender education employment status such as knowledge motivation and family support.The results of the study show that the compliance of the people of West Panulisan village to health insurance is still low due to several factors that cause the people of Panulisan village to be less interested in having health insurance, especially the age of education and the level of knowledge of BPJS acceptance of BPJS health APBI only for underprivileged people while people with upper-middle economy are reluctant if they have to register for BPJS health independently and have to pay monthly. The efforts made by the West writing village government is to always socialize at every event that the West Panulisan village government carries out so that the people of Panulisan bara village are motivated to have health insurance besides that the West Panulisan village government also always collects data on underprivileged people to be carried out to be submitted as recipients of BPJS health P BI assistance from the government.
